About Belleview Christian Academy
Since 1966, Belleview Christian Academy has partnered with families to provide a Christ-centered education rooted in biblical truth and academic excellence. As a ministry of First Baptist Church of Belleview, we desire to prepare students not only for academic success, but for a life of faithfully following Christ and serving Him wherever He leads.
Our Mission
Teaching a Biblical worldview through God-centered curriculum.
The mission of Belleview Christian Academy is to teach students a Biblical world view through God-centered curriculum under the guidance of skilled, devoted and consecrated teachers who demonstrate, and therefore influence, students to live by Biblical standards. We are committed to providing ministry and outreach to the students enrolled and their families.
At BCA, this mission shapes every part of the student experience — from classroom instruction and relationships with teachers to chapel, service, and everyday opportunities for spiritual growth. We desire to partner with families as we lead students to Christ and equip them to serve.

Our Vision
More than a strong academic foundation
Our vision is for students to leave BCA with more than a strong academic foundation. We desire to see young people whose faith in Jesus Christ shapes their character, their choices, their relationships, and the way they engage with the world around them.
As students grow in knowledge and faith, we seek to equip them to confidently live out biblical truth and use their God-given gifts to serve Christ and others wherever He leads.
Our Philosophy
All Truth Is God’s Truth
We believe the Bible is the inspired, authoritative Word of God and the foundation for all truth. Christian education is not simply education with Bible class added to the schedule; it is an approach to learning that recognizes Christ as central to every area of life.
Our desire is for students to grow in knowledge while developing the wisdom and discernment to view the world through the truth of Scripture.
Kingdom Education
Every area of learning is an opportunity to recognize God’s truth. Whether studying science, math, history, literature, or Scripture, students are taught to view learning through a biblical worldview. At BCA, academic excellence and spiritual growth work together to prepare students to think wisely, make faithful decisions, and serve Christ.
Consecrated Teachers
At BCA, skilled and devoted Christian teachers view teaching as both a profession and a ministry. They model Christlike character, build meaningful relationships, and encourage students to follow Christ.
Ministry to Families
Christian education is strongest when home, school, and church work together. As a ministry of First Baptist Church of Belleview, BCA partners with parents in their children’s academic and spiritual growth. We seek to encourage, support, and serve students and families throughout their years at BCA.
Our Story
Rooted in Faith. Growing with Purpose.
Belleview Christian Academy’s story began in 1966 with a simple desire: to provide children with an education rooted in the truth of God’s Word. What began as Little Friends Christian School, a ministry of First Baptist Church of Belleview, has grown over the years to serve generations of students and families throughout our community.
While our school has grown and changed, our foundation has remained the same. For more than half a century, BCA has sought to provide an education where students are known, loved, challenged academically, and continually pointed toward Christ.
Today, that story continues as Belleview Christian Academy expands to serve students through high school. With each new classroom, grade level, and generation of students, we remain committed to the purpose that has guided this ministry from the beginning.
What We Believe
Statement of Faith
Belleview Christian Academy affirms The Baptist Faith and Message 2000. In summary, we believe:
- The Scriptures are divinely inspired and are our authority for faith and practice.
- Humanity is created in the image of God.
- God eternally exists as Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.
- Jesus Christ is God’s incarnate Son, born of a virgin.
- Christ died sacrificially, rose bodily, and ascended to the Father.
- Salvation is by grace through faith, not by works.
- Christ is central to the life of every believer.
- Christ will return to gather His people to Himself.
“The fear of the LORD is the beginning of knowledge.”Proverbs 1:7
Our Church
More Than a School. A Ministry.
Belleview Christian Academy is a ministry of First Baptist Church of Belleview. Our school was founded out of a desire to reach children and families with the Gospel of Jesus Christ, and that purpose continues to guide us today.
The partnership between our church and school allows students to be surrounded by people who desire to see them grow academically and spiritually. Through chapel, biblical instruction, prayer, relationships, and opportunities to serve, students are continually encouraged to know Christ and live out their faith.
Our ministry also extends to the whole family. We desire for BCA to be a place where families are known, encouraged, and supported as we partner together in the education of their children.
If your family does not currently have a church home, we would love to welcome you to First Baptist Church of Belleview. There is a place for every member of your family to worship, grow, build relationships, and serve.
We are grateful for the opportunity to serve your family — not only through education, but through ministry.
