FACTS

What you can do in the Family Portal

BCA uses FACTS for student records and tuition. One login handles nearly everything.

  • Check grades, assignments, and report cards
  • View attendance and discipline records
  • Pay tuition and manage your payment plan
  • Update your family’s contact and emergency information
  • Complete online applications and re-enrollment
  • Register for sports and Extended Day
First time logging in? Every FACTS button on this site opens the portal with Belleview Christian Academy’s District Code BELL-FL already filled in — you only need the email address on file with the office. If you ever land on a blank sign-in form, type BELL-FL as the District Code. Call (352) 245-6151 if you get stuck.

Two portals, one difference

FACTS Family Portal — grades, attendance, school records, forms.

FACTS Tuition (Payment Plan) — billing, invoices, autopay.

Most families use the same email for both. If your login only shows one, call the office and we will connect them.

District Code: BELL-FL

Reporting an absence

Please call or email the front office before 9:00 am on any day your child will be absent or late.

Early pick-up

Send a note or call ahead when possible. All early pick-ups are signed out through the front office — please bring photo ID.

New Families

Your first-week checklist

Six things to sort out before the first bell, in the order they matter.

Activate your FACTS login

Set your password before day one so grades, attendance, and payments are all in reach. Call the office if you need the District Code.

Read the Student/Parent Handbook

Dress code, arrival and dismissal procedure, discipline, and attendance policy all live here. Ten minutes now saves several awkward mornings.

Turn in health records

Florida immunization (DH 680) and physical (DH 3040) forms must be on file before your child attends.

Set up your payment plan

Choose annual, semi-annual, or monthly in FACTS and confirm the draft date that works for your household.

Register for Extended Day if you need it

Early care, middle care, and aftercare each require a form turned in to the front office — not just an intention.

Come to Meet the Teacher Night

Find the classroom, drop off supplies, and let your child see the room before it is full of strangers.

Weather & closings

If Marion County schools close for weather, we will post here and notify families through FACTS. Aftercare closes whenever school closes.

Closings are announced through the FACTS Family Portal and the school office.

Volunteering

Room parents, field trip chaperones, event help, and workday volunteers make a real difference at a school this size. Background screening is required for volunteers working with students.

Ask how to help

Dress code at a glance

A simple, consistent standard the whole school follows, with details and approved items listed in the Student/Parent Handbook.
