How to Enroll
Five straightforward steps

Schedule a tour
Call the office at (352) 245-6151 or send us a message. Tours run most weekday mornings and take about thirty minutes.
Submit your application
Complete the online application through the FACTS Family Portal, along with the application fee.
Send your records
Provide your child’s most recent report card, immunization record (DH 680), physical (DH 3040), and birth certificate.
Family interview & placement
Meet with the principal so we can get to know your family and confirm the right grade placement.
Enroll & set up tuition
Sign your enrollment packet and set up your FACTS tuition payment plan. You’re a Knight!

Before you apply
Do we have to attend First Baptist Church of Belleview?
No. Belleview Christian Academy is a ministry of First Baptist Church of Belleview, but we welcome families from throughout our community.
How big are the classes?
Class sizes at BCA are capped at 18 students. This allows our teachers to know their students personally, build meaningful relationships, and provide the encouragement, accountability, and support students need to grow academically and spiritually.
Is there a uniform or dress code?
Yes. BCA students follow a school dress code designed to promote modesty, consistency, and an environment focused on learning. Complete dress code guidelines are available in the Student/Parent Handbook.
Does BCA offer high school?
Yes! Belleview Christian Academy currently serves students through 10th grade and is continuing to expand its high school program. Our goal is to provide students with a Christ-centered path from their earliest years at BCA through high school graduation. See the high school program.
Can my child enroll mid-year?
Mid-year enrollment may be available depending on space within the student’s grade level. Families interested in transferring to BCA during the school year are encouraged to contact the school office to discuss availability and begin the admissions process.
What records do you need?
Required records may vary by grade level, but families should be prepared to provide their child’s most recent report card or academic records, birth certificate, Florida Certificate of Immunization (DH 680), and School Entry Health Exam (DH 3040). Transfer students may also need withdrawal or additional records from their previous school.
Do you accept Florida state scholarships?
Yes. BCA accepts eligible Florida scholarship funding administered through Step Up For Students. Families are encouraged to contact the school office or Step Up For Students for current information regarding scholarship eligibility and participation.
What if my child has a learning difference?
We want every student at BCA to be placed in an environment where he or she can learn and thrive. We encourage families to share information about their child’s learning needs during the admissions process. Our team will review available records and discuss the student’s needs with the family to determine whether BCA can provide the appropriate level of support.
How long does the admissions process take?
The admissions timeline varies depending on grade level, availability, and how quickly required records are received. Once an application and necessary records have been submitted, our admissions team will guide your family through the remaining steps and communicate what to expect along the way.
