FACTS
What you can do in the Family Portal
BCA uses FACTS for student records and tuition. One login handles nearly everything.
- Check grades, assignments, and report cards
- View attendance and discipline records
- Pay tuition and manage your payment plan
- Update your family’s contact and emergency information
- Complete online applications and re-enrollment
- Register for sports and Extended Day
Two portals, one difference
FACTS Family Portal — grades, attendance, school records, forms.
FACTS Tuition (Payment Plan) — billing, invoices, autopay.
Most families use the same email for both. If your login only shows one, call the office and we will connect them.
